DETAILS…

*Our in house event planners are pleased to assist you with the following services:

  • Identifying, communicating with and liaising with the most prospective caterer for your event.

  • Connecting you with one of our favorite officiants, photographers, cake makers or any other service specialists that you might need

  • Meeting with your service specialists onsite for pre-event consultations

  • Creating a floor plan and "run-of -show" plan for your event

  • With appropriate package, creating entertainment/music plan, and liaising with dj or musicians

  • With the appropriate package, discussing floral preferences, décor preferences and specialty setup

  • Supervising onsite staff during event setup

  • Briefing onsite staff on run of show

  • Meeting with caterer during event setup to ensure that all instructions are communicated clearly

**Flower, Lighting and Décor packages:

  • You will be given a choice of flower packages from photo references. There will be no substitutions of types, numbers or scale of the arrangements that you've chosen with your coordinator.

  • Mortar & Brick offers an array of lighting choices. We do offer candle lighting in circumstances that we deem safe for your guests, at the discretion of your coordinator.

  • Our linens, décor and service ware are available to you, limited to only what is onsite.

  • Our specialty décor items are available to you at additional cost, unless specified in your package details.
