Details…

*Our in house event planners are pleased to assist you with the following services:

  • Identifying, communicating with and liaising with the most prospective caterer for your event.

  • Connecting you with one of our favorite officiants, photographers, cake makers or any other service specialists that you might need

  • Meeting with your service specialists onsite for pre-event consultations

  • Creating a floor plan and "run-of -show" plan for your event

  • With appropriate package, creating entertainment/music plan, and liaising with dj or musicians

  • With the appropriate package, discussing floral preferences, décor preferences and specialty setup

  • Supervising onsite staff during event setup

  • Briefing onsite staff on run of show

  • Meeting with caterer during event setup to ensure that all instructions are communicated clearly

**Flower, Lighting and Décor packages:

  • You will be given a choice of flower packages from photo references. There will be no substitutions of types, numbers or scale of the arrangements that you've chosen with your coordinator.

  • Mortar & Brick offers an array of lighting choices. We do offer candle lighting in circumstances that we deem safe for your guests, at the discretion of your coordinator.

  • Our linens, décor and service ware are available to you, limited to only what is onsite.

  • Our specialty décor items are available to you at additional cost, unless specified in your package details.

ARTS EXPERIENCES

Kids room with art projects and supplies, toys, games and big screen with Netflix, and an adult supervisor throughout your event  $225.00

Adult paint room with wall to wall canvas for free expression (pre-primed with customized guideline drawings), paints, brushes, 1hr instruction by a professional artist $275.00 

Group clay sculpture project, all materials and 3 hrs instruction and supervision with a professional artist.  You get to keep the art that you make!  $675.00

Team building collage exercise with well-known painter Lucie Bause:  all materials, instruction and a follow up reporting is supplied (2hrs)  $650.00

FOOD AND WINE EXPERIENCES

Sommelier-led wine tasting for 10-20 people, 5 whites, 5 reds, 2 options, presented with light food pairings $165.00/person         

Cocktail Classes led by an artful mixologist, using local spirits by Wildlife, and presented with light food pairings $155.00/person

LIVE PERFORMANCE

 Local Jazz trio performing 3 x 45min sets $625.00

FLORAL PACKAGES

BRONZE

This is a package designed for your reception only. Working from our samples and considering your color scheme, we will create up to 8 centerpieces for your tabletops, and a signature arrangement for the center of your buffet setting  $250.00  

SILVER

This package will be designed to enhance your ceremony only.  Working from our samples, and considering your personal style, we will create arbor archway foliage, anchor bouquets for the stage, and aisle markers. $400.00

GOLD

Let us take care of enhancing both your ceremony and reception with coordinated flowers and greenery.  This package includes up to 8 centerpieces for your tabletops, a signature arrangement for your buffet setting, a foliage arbor archway, anchor bouquets for the stage, and aisle markers.  $550.00

PLATINUM

Take a look at some of our photo samples of this ultra luxurious floral/decor option…..you are sure to be enchanted!  This package includes everything that you’ll need for both ceremony and reception, with many exceptional extras. Ask our consultant for more details! $1000.00
